REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be holders of PhD and are either Professors or Associate Professors. They should have at least ten (10) years of academic and research experience at senior level and possess demonstrated capacity for leadership in an academic and/or research institution. In addition, candidates are expected to be familiar with national, regional and global trends in higher education; and demonstrate potential to plan, develop and implement academic programmes; develop institutional linkages; and provide leadership. Successful applicants are expected to have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, highest ethical standards, integrity and professionalism.

Applicants whose professional background are in the core programme areas of the college and have experience in networking, fundraising and resource mobilization will have an added advantage.

Successful candidates will be offered a competitive remuneration package, including house allowance and other benefits in accordance with the Kenya Government public service guidelines.
