Multimedia University of Kenya’s programmes’ are among the most sought after courses by students across the country in 2018.

Statistics from the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) indicate that Multimedia University of Kenya are among the few universities that managed to fill 92.3 per cent of its capacity, admitting 1,207 against its capacity of 1,307.

The statistics show that students considered universities that are grounded on research, extra curricula facilities, industrial linkages and collaboration with other international organizations and universities, accredited programmes by regulatory bodies and Commission for University Education among others.

This impressive performance comes hot in the heels of a similar report by KUCCPS in 2016 that indicated that MMU was the only public university whose course capacity was fully occupied in the first revision of courses by students seeking admission through government sponsorship.

MMU will continue to offer market driven courses that will enable students to acquire relevant skills needed in the contemporary job market.
