Overview - Multimedia University of Kenya

Multimedia University of Kenya Main Campus is located in a serene environment 25 Kilometres south of Nairobi along Magadi road, a kilometre away from Ongata Rongai town. The campus stands on 115 ha of land adjacent to Nairobi National Park.

Currently the Campus offers Degree, Diploma and Certificate programmes under the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Media and Communication, Faculty of Computing and Information Technology and the Faculty of Business and Law.

Besides training MMU has distinguished itself as a major conference centre with few equals in this region. On average over 200 corporates including Government, Private and NGOs interact with MMU annually.

The main campus boasts of the only ICT Museum in East and Central Africa whose main objective is to discover, Interpret and disseminate knowledge about human technology in the information age. The ICT Museum is open to the public at a fee and invites learners from Universities, Secondary and Primary Schools among other guests.
