
Professional Bio:
Dr. Dorcas Kerre, PhD, is the Dean of the Faculty of Business & Economics at Multimedia University of Kenya (MMU). With over 20 years of academic experience and a prior role at the Kenya National Trading Corporation, she brings a unique blend of industry insight and scholarly rigor to her leadership. Her expertise spans marketing, consumer behaviour, corporate governance, and quality assurance in higher education. She holds a PhD in Business Administration (Marketing), a Master of Business Administration (Marketing), and a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Administration)—all from the University of Nairobi—as well as a Diploma in Marketing. Her research interests include management, marketing, consumer behaviour, customer care, corporate governance, and quality assurance in universities. Dr. Kerre is an active member of the Marketing Society of Kenya and the Kenya Universities Quality Assurance Network.
