Professional Bio:
Dr. Karanjah Anthony is a Senior Lecturer in Statistics at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Multimedia University of Kenya, where he also serves as the Coordinator of Postgraduate Programmes in Statistics. He is an experienced academic with over two decades of teaching, research, mentorship, and academic leadership.
Dr. Karanjah holds a PhD and MSc in Mathematical Statistics from the University of Nairobi, and a Bachelor of Education (Mathematics and Economics) from Kenyatta University. His academic expertise lies in statistical modeling, quantitative methods, and applied statistics, with extensive experience teaching at undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels.
At Multimedia University of Kenya, Dr. Karanjah plays a central role in coordinating postgraduate programmes, supporting curriculum development, and mentoring students. He has supervised numerous postgraduate students and continues to guide learners as a career advisor. His professional interests focus on statistical modeling and data-driven research aimed at supporting evidence-based decision-making and advancing academic scholarship.
