Professional Bio:

Dr. Mary Mugo is a Lecturer in Business Administration with over 15 years of experience in Kenyan universities. Since 2007, she has combined academic excellence with senior management experience in Kenyan and multinational companies. She was named Employee of the Year (Teaching Staff) at MMU in 2018 and was the Best Final Year Student in Business Administration at the University of Nairobi. She holds a PhD in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Kabarak University, an MBA (Strategic Management) from USIU, and a BCom (Marketing) from the University of Nairobi. Her research interests include strategic management and human resources. She has authored three books, completed numerous consultancies, and is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management and the Marketing Society of Kenya. Email: mmugo@mmu.ac.ke.
